The 5x4 Hayes Lane Project is an ongoing project managed by Ralph Alphonso of Barley Store Productions.
A production company based in Melbourne, Barley Store identifies creative projects and challenges existing responses.

As the Principal of Barley Store Productions, as well as the 5x4 Project Director, Ralph's motivation to build a sustainable house with the smallest carbon footprint had him draw on his experience as a project manager to direct and build the 5x4 house as an owner-builder.
Whilst also managing the communications of the Project, Ralph has brought together experienced professionals to push the envelope on sustainable building.
