We are currently in the final stages of specifications.

The final engineering computations are being assessed and we should be submitting the application for the building permit by the end of the month. The aim is to start the building on and off site by the end of January 2014 with the aim being completion by the end of June 2014.

How hard can it be? There are only 3 rooms and a deck…
